Room was ideal, spacious and very comfortable bed. Good selection of toiletries in bathroom.

There could have been a little more choice at breakfast time.

We had a fantastic stay here with a cozy room and such a nice spot to relax on the sofa before hitting the hay. The seasonal outdoor pool and leisure room were perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. Just a heads up, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped at peak times but overall, we had a great experience! 😊

Close to highway and the outlets. Terrific breakfast choices and food. Coffee and fruit always available.

I had to get the front desk person to reset my key after getting locked out of my room because it wouldn't work.

I really enjoyed the really good breakfast options during my four-night stay, and the room cleanliness was impressive. the bed was a bit tall for my mother, but we still managed.

Nice hotel, but the African American young lady on duty that night should be fired.

I had to use a credit card to book the room on your site but selected that I was going to pay in cash. When I checked in, the manager on duty told me that they could not change a booking from a third party and that the room charges would have to stay on the card. I held out $160.00 in cash and said I intend to pay in cash like selected when I booked the room. Finally, after her phoning another manager, she was able to comply. But as I was walking away, she dropped the "F" word in her rant.

The place was great until breakfast. There were ants by the waffle machine.

Room was relaxing with amenities like an alarm clock, ironing facilities, radio, and a shower. The tea and coffee maker was handy. Loved the pool access for unwinding. Breakfast featured bacon and make-your-own waffles, a great start to the day. Staff were attentive and helpful with our needs.

Hampton Inn Gaffney had an inviting atmosphere, showcasing modern decor. The common areas were easily accessible. The staff was attentive.

Staff nice... Not a typical Hampton inn that I'm accustomed to staying in.

Way too much for the location and the quality of this hotel.

The hotel is very convenient, just off both the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Bye way and the interstate. We were made very welcome by the staff and our bikes parked securely under cover. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The hotel is situated next to a Premium Outlets Mall, so ideal for last minute shopping before our flight home from Charlotte.

Tbh, had a great stay for family member's wedding. Clean place and beautiful location, enjoyed very nice and pleasant staff. Everything was wonderful, yet a few employees were kind of rude. Our room was clean, included coffee/tea making machines, a sitting area and a writing table. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was right by Cowpens battlefield, Kings Mountain Battlefield, and Crowders Mountain State Park, the outlet mall and Limestone College.
